RxCopilot's AI Assistant is a domain-specific tool built for pharmacists that provides accurate, up-to-date answers to your queries. It's grounded in pharmacy knowledge sources and replaces multiple web searches when dealing with patient or doctor queries. All answers come with reliable and vetted sources for further reading.

How does RxCopilot handle patient data privacy?

RxCopilot takes data privacy very seriously. We host all data in EU-based data centers, do not train our AI models on any pharmacy or patient data, and use dynamic name and address obfuscation when processing prescription documents. We fully comply with EU data protection regulations.

What wholesalers does RxCopilot integrate with?

RxCopilot integrates with all major Irish pharmacy wholesalers including United Drug, Uniphar, PCO, McDowell, and Medisource. This allows you to search stock availability and prices across all suppliers simultaneously.

How does the prescription management system work?

RxCopilot integrates with your Healthmail inbox to monitor electronic prescriptions and automatically detects clinical issues, stock issues, and coverage issues in real-time. You can also upload prescription images which our AI will read and review, alerting you to any potential issues.

What kind of notifications will I receive?

You'll receive real-time notifications about product recalls, safety notices, legislation changes, and industry updates. Pro and Pharmacy plan users also receive stock alerts and back-in-stock notifications. All notifications can be delivered via email or phone based on your preference.

Do I need to verify my professional status to use RxCopilot?

Yes, RxCopilot verifies the professional license of all users to ensure the platform is used appropriately and to maintain the highest standards of pharmacy practice.

How does the usage-based pricing work?

Our pricing is based on the number of items processed per day. For example, a pharmacy processing 100 items per day would pay €30/month. This includes both AI assistant queries and stock searches. We have rate limits in place to prevent abuse of the system.

What happens if I exceed my daily limit?

If you exceed your daily limit of queries or searches, you'll be notified and can either wait until the next day or upgrade to a higher tier plan. We recommend choosing a plan that matches your typical daily usage to avoid interruptions.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. If you need to process more items than your current plan allows, you can upgrade immediately.

How do the daily message limits work?

Your daily message limit applies across all assistants you have access to. For example, on the Starter plan, you can send a total of 10 messages per day, which can be distributed between the Knowledge Assistant and Stock Assistant as needed. Each interaction with an assistant counts as one message. The limit resets at midnight UTC each day.
